Grabbed some STXDIV at R2.97 this morning, the dividend yield is still reasonable and that 1% pop suggests some accumulation happening after the recent weakness.

STXDIV down 0.68% today but the yield is sitting pretty around 4.5% on current pricing. Anyone else seeing this as a decent entry point for dividend chasers or are we expecting more downside given the rate cycle?
