ACS taking a 5% hit today, but at R9.00 the yield story becomes more interesting if they maintain distributions. Real estate's been tough lately, so worth checking if this dip reflects broader sector weakness or something specific to their portfolio quality.

Property companies getting smashed across the board, ACS down there with the rest. Load-shedding killing office rentals and nobody wants to commit to long leases anymore. If you're holding for the dividend and the recovery in commercial real estate, this is noise, but the next 18 months are gonna be rough. Long-term view hasn't changed.

acs sitting at r9.70 but commercial property getting hammered tbh, retail and office space still bleeding. ngl the yield's okay if you believe in the recovery but that's a big if when load-shedding keeps tenants nervous.

rentals dropping and cap rates getting squeezed, how long before they cut the dividend. property guys are getting hammered this cycle, ACS no different.

acs bouncing off r9.70 but rental income's been getting squeezed for years now, property values aren't exactly racing ahead. hard to see the long story here unless they're actually fixing the tenant mix or cutting costs properly, which they haven't really signalled.

ACS up 12.20% today to R11.22 - anyone know what triggered the spike or is this just relief buying on the sector? Dividend yield was looking decent at those lower levels.

ACS SITTING AT R10.00 AND NOBODY TALKING ABOUT IT!! COMMERCIAL PROPERTY RECOVERY IS COMING AND THIS PORTFOLIO IS WORTH WAY MORE THAN CURRENT PRICE, LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENED WITH SIMILAR ASSETS IN THE SECTOR!! TARGET R15-R17 EASY IN 12 MONTHS WHEN RENTAL YIELDS START NORMALIZING!! BEST IS YET TO COME!!!

Good morning everyone, ACS sitting at R10.00 and worth a look if you're into commercial property. Portfolio's been under pressure with load-shedding hitting rental yields but the dividend story is still there if they can stabilize occupancy rates. Comparable to Resilient and Stor-Age but ACS has that retail exposure which cuts both ways in this environment.

ACS sitting pretty at R10.00 with that commercial property portfolio actually generating decent rental yields. Property sector getting hammered by load-shedding and tenant pressure but ACS has diversified assets across SA. If they can push occupancy rates and keep distribution stable, this could run to R150 minimum, book it.

ACS holding R10.00 nicely, good dip buying opportunity if it tests R9.80. Commercial property recovery taking time but rental yields are solid on this portfolio, way better than sitting in cash with load-shedding hammering the economy. Good day to top up if you believe in the property cycle turning.

ACS dropping nearly 6% to R1010 — are we seeing profit-taking or is there something brewing with their property portfolio that hasn't hit the wires yet?

Fundamentals on Acsion Limited (ACS) still intact. The macro noise is creating an opportunity.
