property yields are getting squeezed all over but CPP's tenant base held up better than most during the load-shedding chaos last year. occupancy rates still above 85% which is respectable for commercial. at R10.95 the yield's actually sitting okay if they can keep distributions steady, problem is capex requirements on aging stock might bite into distributions sooner than the market thinks.
