CPP sitting at R10.95 is cheap on a yield basis compared to the majors. Problem is the portfolio needs better tenants, not just occupancy. Once management lands a blue chip anchor tenant on one of the vacant floors, watch the rerating happen. That's when the money comes in, simple as that.
