read the last two quarterly results and the vacancy rate on the logistics side is what's worrying me. retail's holding up ok but when you've got prime warehouse space sitting empty in joburg and pretoria that's margin pressure they can't hide. r24.35 feels a bit rich for a reit that's struggling with utilisation right now, especially compared to what other industrial plays are trading at.
