Balance sheet's fine but the yield story's broken, and that's the whole point of owning a retail REIT. Divvy cuts twice in two years and you're sitting at 4.3% gross, eish. Trpine might be onto something about stabilisation but I'd rather wait for distribution growth to actually show up on the numbers before getting interested again.
