Retail REITs are getting hammered across the board, but Hyprop's yield at these levels is starting to look interesting if you believe SA shopping centre fundamentals stabilise. The debt maturity wall was a real concern last year, but they've been working through that. Seems to mirror Stor-Age a bit in terms of investor patience wearing thin, though the retail exposure is obviously riskier. Long-term view hasn't changed for me.
