MTU's 16% pop today is intriguing but I need to see what drove it. At 29c the micro-cap industrials play is cheap enough, but without revenue traction or a clear catalysts roadmap, this feels more like punter enthusiasm than fundamental repricing.

MTU getting hammered down to 25c, that's a proper kick in the teeth and I need to see what spooked the market before touching this one.

Langpan's chrome processing margins were solid in the last update, fwiw. At R0.30 the market's basically pricing in zero upside from the platinum rights, which could be wrong but that's the bet you're making. Small cap with real assets in the ground, not a shell. Long hold if you believe in PGM recovery.

chrome play at R0.30 is cheap if langpan actually gets into production, but management's been quiet on capex timelines and that's worrying me. platinum upside is real but execution risk is massive with load-shedding and rand weakness eating into margins.

Chrome play stuck at R0.30 tho, ngl frustrating as hell

MTU down 5.88% to 32c, bit rough but industrials are taking a hiding today. Compared to Hudaco sitting around 90c with decent dividend cover, MTU's trading at a discount that might be worth exploring if they can stabilize earnings.

MTU down 13% in a day feels overdone for an industrial play with decent fundamentals underneath. Panic selling like this usually creates a proper entry point if the business hasn't actually deteriorated.

Chrome exposure is decent if you believe in the cycle turning, but the balance sheet is what worries me. Cash burn has been real and those mining rights on Langpan need actual capex to unlock value. Not a screaming buy at R0.32 but if they get a funding round done and actually ramp production, could re-rate hard. Good day to top up if you're patient.

Chrome exposure is lekker right now with the rand weak, but MTU's execution track record is the thing hey. Plant's been sitting there, need to see actual production numbers and cash flow before jumping in at R0.32. Langpan's got the rights, just not convinced yet they'll make it work.

Chrome and PGM assets in Limpopo, R0.32 close, and people are worried about pre-revenue. Amazon was pre-revenue once, Palantir was pre-revenue, look where they are now. We've got the mining rights, we've got the processing plant on the Langpan, this isn't some shell with a dream. Long game here, not a quick flip.

chrome plays always print when commodity cycles turn. langpan sitting on decent reserves and processing already running, just needs volume to move. at 0.32 this is basically free money if they can ramp production. R150 minimum, mark it

Chrome and PGMs in the ground, processing plant operational, and we're sitting at R0.32. Langpan farm is properly secured. People sleeping on the upside when commodities cycle back, ngl this is exactly where you want to be before the big boys start moving.

chrome and platinum on 17km in limpopo sounds decent on paper but at r0.32 you're basically betting the langpan plant actually produces cash, which ja, hasn't exactly been raining down. industrials are messy when commodity cycles turn and load-shedding keeps biting.

Chrome cycle is brutal but Langpan's got actual mining rights and a processing plant, not just hopes. Most juniors in this space are pure spec, MTU's got tangible assets. At R0.32 you're pricing in a lot of fear. Long-term view hasn't changed, come back in 6 months.

chrome play at r0.32 is a steal if they can ramp up langpan production. competitors trading on way higher multiples for similar assets. been nibbling on dips, good entry point imo if you believe in the rand weakness story and energy demand coming back.

MTU getting hammered down to 40 cents on that trading statement, down 11% today. Something in those numbers spooked the market, probably margins or order book commentary, so I'm staying on the sidelines until we see the actual results.

MTU looking properly oversold at these levels given the margin profile we're seeing in their latest quarterly numbers. Comparable operators like Altron have traded at 8x earnings, we're nowhere near that yet. Long-term play on infrastructure spend coming through, positioned perfectly for the next cycle.
