NED sitting at 294.23 with that 300 level right there, but the real story is net interest margin getting squeezed as rates plateau. Long-term view hasn't changed though, dividend yield is still solid and the loan book is growing into a softer cycle. Markets are shaky but the bank's got capital buffers that matter when things get tight.
