been digging into ntu's latest sens releases and the margin profile is actually tightening which is what you want to see from a process outsourcer when volumes aren't moving much. if they can hold clients through the next two years of load-shedding chaos they're positioned better than most of the competition, most of whom are just bleeding capex trying to stay relevant.
