interesting numbers on the last distribution yield, sitting pretty comfortable for a reit in this cycle. problem is the portfolio's still loaded with office space and that's not shifting fast enough imo. retail's holding but you're betting on industrial to keep carrying it. could be wrong but the rand weakness actually helps on the conversion side if they've got offshore exposure. worth a look at R17.08 if you're hunting yield but it's not a set and forget play.
