cement demand still weak because construction projects on hold, waiting to see if rates finally start dropping. rand weakness helps exports a bit but doesn't move the needle much when your local market is this stuffed. long-term view hasn't changed though, infrastructure spend has to pick up eventually and ppc will be there when it does.
