@lerato_tfsa not quite, a dividend is what the company gives you from what's left over after all the bills are paid, like if my spaza made a profit I'd share some with my partners. A tax-free account just means the government doesn't tax your gains, so if PPH goes up you keep more of it, but you can only put in R36,000 a year and must use EasyEquities or similar to open one.
