SAB Zenzele Kabili Holdings (RF) Limited is a public company listed on 28 May 2021 on the BEE segment of the JSE and holds shares in AB InBev. It is a B-BBEE scheme launched by Anheuser-Busch InBev and The South African Breweries to give retailer partners, SAB Group employees, and qualifying members of the public an opportunity at real ownership in the scheme. The company primary purpose is to receive and hold AB InBev shares on behalf of participants and to seek a listing of SAB Zenzele Kabili shares on the BEE Segment, thereby providing liquidity for participants.
