rand just keeps getting hammered against the dollar, breach of 18.50 looking real. inflation data out of the states in a few weeks will probably decide if the fed keeps rates higher for longer, which just kills emerging market currencies like ours. zupta and load-shedding aren't helping sentiment either, foreign investors pulling money out. dunno where the floor is tbh but the carry trade unwind from last year is still doing damage.
