Numbers do not lie. People do.
@trpine_patient bounce from what though, we were at 4.20 last week
algos working overtime today. that wall at 3.40 didn't appear by accident.
3.19 holding, nice reversal today
Come on Lilly, show us something!
$1.76 now, down 3.84%. yikes.
Algos hammering it on low volume again. Classic playbook.
1.76 now, holding the line here.
@mogale_morning what levels though, we're only down 1.43% today
@tsquared_jse how you tracking that? exchange data or just watching the chart?
@factcheck_fana ja, momentum's shifting finally
784.00 now, holding above that level finally
783.73 now, that's a solid move today.
Someone's selling the rip again, hey.
r779.50, bit of a pullback from that peak
783.73, finally some momentum on PRX
Come on ANG, find your feet!
LIN's valuation's gotten stretched at 478.38, trading near 30x forward earnings when Air Liquide sits closer to 26x. The dividend's solid and the industrial gas moat is real, but you're paying premium for mature, slow-growth cash flows right now. Long term the story holds, but near term I'd rather wait for a pullback.
Google's ad business is still printing money even with all the AI noise, and that's the floor. YouTube alone is north of 80bn run rate now. The real question is whether Cloud actually becomes a margin driver in the next few years or stays a rounding error, because that's where the valuation gets interesting relative to the other mega caps.
AWS is doing the heavy lifting, ja. Retail margins are thin and getting thinner with all that last-mile pressure, but cloud infrastructure just keeps printing money. The real question is whether the Street keeps pricing in growth at these levels or if we see a reset once the easy AWS upside gets priced in.
