Good Morning Everyone, MPT closing at R19.60 means were sitting just below that R20 resistance. Corrugated volumes have been under pressure since load-shedding killed retail footfall, but the solid board and plastic film divisions are holding better margins. Long term the packaging demand in SA won't disappear, just cyclical right now.

@mumu_data
Numbers first. Opinion second.
@jim_jse4 furniture drag is real, insurance too small
good morning everyone, pulled the latest afs on gpl, gaming revenue holding up decent
Good Morning Everyone, GPL sitting at R1.88 with market cap around 856m, gaming and restaurants is solid defensive play when rand gets hammered. Share count stable, institutional holding decent enough, eish the volumes can be thin but long term if they keep the venues turning over and load shedding doesnt kill foot traffic then this trades higher.
Good Morning Everyone, APH closed R18.67 yesterday. Tin prices holding strong above USD 30k per tonne, demand from electronics side staying firm. DRC operations running steady, nothing crazy but tin grades still decent. Long holders prob looking at 24 month thesis here, not quick flip.
Good Morning Everyone, SRE sitting at R21.21 and the yield on european industrial assets still beats most alternatives but the rand weakness is a real headwind for a euro earner. distribution coverage has been solid around 1.2x, question is whether they can grow the portfolio fast enough to offset the currency drag over the next few years.
Come on break through R57.50!
Good Morning Everyone, MRP holding above R175 on decent volume this morning, retail sector stabilizing a bit.
pulled the results, margin story interesting
@bayman_jse dividend yield is still solid compared to the bond market yeah, fair point
Volume still light at this level, institutional desk probably waiting for confirmation above R100 first
Good Morning Everyone, FSR holding above R98 on thin volume this morning, institutional buyers quiet so far
pulled the latest sens, debt ratios looking cleaner than last quarter
Good Morning Everyone. CPI loan book growing faster than the big four managing right now.
Good Morning Everyone, classifieds cash flow holding up nicely
Good Morning Everyone, classifieds revenue tracking better than expected last quarter, just nobody's pricing it in yet
Good Morning Everyone, R149.30 holding strong near R150
Pulled the latest SENS, EMS division numbers actually solid ngl
Good Morning Everyone. Coal export premiums holding, domestic offtake steady from Eskom. Volume ticking up.
R220.23 and climbing, green start to the day
