interesting numbers on the last results, distributions holding steady while the property book's taking a beating from the rand. most reits out there are bleeding but assura's actually kept occupancy decent which imo matters more than the noise around valuations right now. fwiw if they can keep tenants locked in through the next cycle this could be a patient man's trade.
