Fixed line churn is the real problem here, not the fibre rollout. Vodacom's got better pricing power in mobile and their network's just cleaner, so TKG's stuck cost-cutting while trying to fund capex. Debt reduction's something but if they can't grow revenue and the dividend stays under pressure, 54.59 starts looking like the price the market thinks it deserves, not a bargain.
